SAGITTA is three-wheeler electric moped, but not a medical vehicle. This means that you must have at least a CBT license – compulsory basic training to ride this vehicle. In this case L plates will be required and you cannot ride with a passenger. If you have a full driving licence this does not apply to you. In other words, a driving license is not required if the CBT course has been completed in order to ride SAGITTA by yourself.

Veleco SAGITTA is an electric moped that rides as fast as an arrow. It is fitted with Dual Front Wheel Technology, and it can tackle multiple terrain types. Thanks to Lithium-Ion 72V battery it has range of 46mi. Powerful 2000W motor ensures that you can drive this vehicle really fast and climb any hill.

CBT training & Provisional Licence

This electric mobility vehicle falls under the category of mopeds. It means that you don’t need to have full driving licence and can drive it as long as you have finished at least 16 years. Be advised, in the UK you should go through Compulsory basic training (CBT) and have AM category licence (provisional one). If you complete the CBT training, you must have L plates and you cannot drive with a passenger.

As any vehicle which can travel on the roads, even with speed of 28 mph (ca. 45 km/h), it requires DVLA registration.
