Thank you for visiting our shopping policy at velobike.co.uk. Below are the terms and conditions in regard to our company’s delivery procedures. The shipping services are performed by our own dedicated fleet.

Delivery time in Velobike

All orders to be delivered within the United Kingdom are processed between 5 and 9 business days. Orders outside the United Kingdom are processed between 5 and 12 business days. The orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. The orders can be delivered on weekends but not on holidays.

Shipping costs

All deliveries within the mainland of the European Union as well as within the United Kingdom do not include any additional shipping costs. Orders delivered to European countries outside the European Union and the United Kingdom might include additional costs.

Velobike.co.uk may charge additional shipping costs to all orders that are delivered to remote area ex. island. This cost is used to cover the transport of delivery trucks through the body of water. To minimize this cost for customers, Velobike can deliver the vehicle to the nearest port.

Order tracking

Upon processing the order, the customer will be notified by a way of email with a unique tracking link. Each time the status of the order is changed, the customer will be notified about it through email. If you have not received any email from our company, it might point to incorrect email provided during placement of an order. In this  case, contact us to correct this issue.

International Shipping policy Information

We offer shipping to all European countries.

We do not perform deliveries to the USA, Canada, Africa, Asia or Australia countries.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Velobike is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Missing, Lost, or Damaged Items

According to our company Shipping policy, upon delivery you are liable to verify the state of the delivered order before accepting it. If the order was in any way incomplete on delivery, the customer is liable to fill a claim with the driver responsible for it. Any missing, lost or damaged items after being accepted by the customer that are not a subject of warranty will not be provided free of charge.
