Hi Sidney, no problem, the prices can be found in our store and as for the speed that is doable as we can have it unlocked for you to do max 15.5 mph. Regarding the solid tyres, we don’t do those, as they would be much less comfortable on bumpy roads. However, any local workshop can change those for you as our vehicles have regular size wheels 🙂
